The hotel is pleasantly small, making it perfect for a peaceful and quiet holiday. The villas are set apart from one another, ensuring guests enjoy privacy without disturbance. Nestled at the foot of a hill, getting around involves stairs and ramps – a fun little workout during your stay. One of the greatest advantages of the location is the stunning view of the ocean. From the hotel balconies, you can enjoy both lush tropical greenery and the sea – the higher your room, the better the view. Breakfast is generous and delicious, with some variation each morning. Even picky eaters will find something satisfying. For lunch, the hotel offers a range of meals at reasonable prices – from burgers and crispy chicken to salads and pizza. Both food and cocktails are around half the price compared to a nearby 5-star hotel. The restaurant and pool area also offer breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding nature. Dinner is served buffet-style, with a different theme each evening (such as Asian, BBQ, or Creole cuisine). Just a short walk away, you’ll find a beautiful white-sand beach that's almost deserted – you're likely to see only a few other visitors there.

We had our wedding in the nearby beach during our stay at Valmer Resort. As a first surprise, we were able to check-in around 9.30, and we received the pool villa as an upgrade (we booked normal sea-view room), which was amazing, it was elevated our comfort and mood during our stay. We would like to highlight Feulaqa, the lovely recepcionist lady for her help during our wedding preparation. We also received a nice decoration and champagne with fruit plate after our wedding. We also had a nice candle light dinner, with the help of the restaurant manager. We would like to also mention Amilla from the reception because of his kindness. Over all we had an amazing stay, because of the nice enviroment, and the kindness and care what we received.

Villa with private pool was amazing! Eveything was soo perfect we did not want to leave to exlplore any other islands but to spend whole vacation there :) Very tasty breakfasts! Also we tried Creole cuisine on Sunday (only Sundays and Wednesdays).

The Valmer Resort is overall a nice hotel. We've had a room with an ocean view and balcony. Stunning. The room was very spacious. The hotel is located on the south of the island and approximately 10 minutes by foot to the most beautiful beach. The way back is a bit of struggle because it's uphill but the hotel has few buggies and can give you a ride. The room was equiped with a TV, kettle, coffee mashine (but without capsules), fridge, safe, AC and hairdryer. It's also possible to book a massage or facial in the hotel spa. The gym was ok - free weights, cardio mashines, only one mat, swiss ball. The pool area is absolutely amazing. The late checkout wasn't possible but you can keep your luggage at the reception and can spend the time at the pool and take a shower in the bathroom at the lobby as well. The wifi was working really well.
